VIP Service — Accompaniment From/To the Aircraft

Entry into Israel — The meeting point for your guest/s will be adjacent to the jetway, where a VIP vehicle will pick them up to transport them to the border control area. A steward/stewardess will accompany your guest(s) up to the arrivals hall, assisting them with passport control, collection and handling of luggage, and collection of items from duty-free (as necessary).

Departure from Israel — The meeting point for your guest(s) will be at Gate 32, from where a steward/stewardess will escort them through the security inspection process, inspection of carry-on luggage, passport control, and duty-free, and will ensure all procedures are expedited at the boarding gate. It is possible to extend these services to include entry into a VIP lounge, where your guest(s) can enjoy lounge services until boarding time. The steward/stewardess will then accompany them up to the boarding gate.
